A prominent cavity formed by the retreat of the Bohinj Glacier, this site is an important archaeological site. Stone tools dating back more than 10,000 years were discovered during excavations. This is the oldest finding in this part of Slovenia and evidence of the existence of prehistoric humans in the Triglav Mountains before agricultural cultures.
