Welcome to the beginning of the trail
One of the most beautiful gorges in the world, shaped by the Radovna River over millennia of persistent creativity, opens up before you.
During your walk, you will admire numerous pools and rapids that will accompany you on your way to the magnificent Šum Waterfall, the highest river waterfall in Triglav National Park. Pay attention to your surroundings – there are more than 600 different species of plants along the trail that bedazzle all visitors.
Don’t miss the special inhabitant of the gorge, the white-throated dipper, which you can watch during its masterful flights just above the water’s surface.
